During our Yoga classes, we’ll explore different Asanas, which are poses that are designed to improve your strength, flexibility and balance.
We will also dip into some meditation techniques, which will guide you towards emotional well-being and calmness.
With our breathing exercises, we will positively influence the parasympathetic nervous system and reach deeper states of relaxation.

Hi, I’m Michèle. I’m so much looking forward to guiding you through your next class. I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Switzerland. The practice of Yoga found me when I was studying at University and desperately needed ways to release stress and anxiety. I understand Yoga as much more than fancy poses, but rather as an all-embracing well-being lifestyle for both body and mind.
For my first teacher training I spent a month on the beautiful island of Bali, where I received my 200h teacher’s certificate. I’m currently studying to get my 300h teacher’s certificate here in Zurich, with focus on Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda. My classes are taught in English.
We have the privilege to practice in a beautiful room in Zurich’s district 5, THE SPACE. The room combines pure minimalism and urban coziness. For our indoor classes, mats, probs and changing rooms with showers are provided.
Please note: The entrance to the room is on the side of Gasometerstrasse through the arch gate, then turn left. The Studio will open 15min before class and the door will close 3min before the class starts. Please be on time.
